Balanced or Conventional Flue?

All Grandee boilers, whether wall floor mounted are available in either balanced or conventional flue options.

Balanced Flues

Grandee boilers feature remarkably neat and unobtrusive patented* flue systems, which include both terminals and guards that are much neater than alternative brands.

Balanced Flue models of the wall mounted Grandee Combis are supplied with a unique kit comprising 2 x 500mm long special alloy tubes, as little as 50mm in diameter with spun flanges incorporated appropriately.

These tubes fasten to the chassis and heat-exchanger respectively and are simply cut to length determined by the wall thickness. Longer flue kits are available as an optional extra.
